The Best Things in Life

The moon belongs to everyone
The best things in life are free
The stars belong to everyone
They gleam there for you and me
The flowers in spring,
The robins that sing
the sunbeams that shine,
They're yours, they're mine
And love can come to everyone
The best things in life are free.

It's amazing in this money obsessed world how so much knowledge is being exchanged for free in cyberspace. It seems like a natural impulse, this sharing. Makes me wonder what is REALLY going on in this universe.
Song by B.G. Desylva, Lew Brown, & Ray Henderson: 1927. Illustration by Nicolette Ceccoli.

I've been thinking this as well, whenever I consider the degree of astrological knowledge you share so freely here. Me, I've progressed by leaps and bounds just following the conversations! But not so long ago, I sometimes thought about asking if you felt the exchange was equitable or fair to you, or not. And that's why I strive to find things of interest and value to contribute, to make it a bit more like a 50/50 exchange. Or at least 60/40! :o)

Oh joe, how wonderful.

I've though long and hard about this. It's an age old thing with me and exchange. My NN in Taurus. I think I know what I'm getting in return and the manifestation in the material will be ahead. The strange thing is, that as I progress here, I lose my appetite more and more for commodities, which never was much anyway. I still need to learn how to take money, but that will be for my music.

I can't take money for astrology. Maybe a book later on, but as far as psychological/spiritual exhange goes, it has to be for free.

One big benefit for me would be for people to feel better about themselves and life. Then it would be a more palatable environment in which to ply my trade. The collective agony gets to me.

Equitable? It's up to me. your company is all I need now. I need to learn to grasp things but that will come.

I really do think that knowledge by nature wants to be shared. So I'm just doin the natural dance.

The benefit for me is kmowing that there really is intelligent life out there!

Well, if nothing else, just understanding the effect of Saturn in the 1st put a lot of things in perspective for me and laid them to rest for good.
