Small magic; a child being born, a conversation with a pregnant woman in a hot tub, the unfurling of an apricot blossom, rain on my metal roof, all these and more, I'm keeping.

The bad guys, begone

Small magic. Big enough to overcome the bad guys. I'm with ya, St.B.

Sweet T, found this whilst cleaning my studio.
A song from my mother's people and your cradle-land.

Algonquin
Song of the Stars

We are the stars which sing
We sing with our light
We are the bird of fire
We fly over the sky
Our light is a voice
We make a road
For Spirit to pass over

“Our light is a voice” you hear so well....many thanks to you for bringing your voice here.

St B

Thank you with all my heart, St B.
Wise Algonquins. I've always suspected it was the stars that are singing. Mix it with the earth's rhythms and there you go. Music.

Light-filled studios and voice. We make a road.

And dance under the singing fires

Black holes sing too. Nothing is exempt from spirit.

It's everywhere. Here's a Rumi song, a little bit flowery, but I have a soft spot for religious ecstasy. It's in my blood.

Unembarrassed, unashamed

I celebrate the end of poetic Pisces and the Spring Equinox.

Ready for Aries.

Soooo beautiful. I love Rumi. This does justice to the ecstatic Sufi.

Today we celebrate A's 39th birthday, the Jack Benny birthday. Impossible!
He missed Aries by a few minutes, is def Piscean .
We go well together.

Worldwide anti-lockdown protests helped by Aries energy I'm sure.

OMG. 39. Such a man. Jack was adorable.

I love your Pisces NN. It's a toss-up between Uranus and Neptune as to who I love the most. My beloved father was a Pisces and three planets in Aquarius. The strings of Neptune are as beautiful as life gets amidst the pathos.

What determines who responds to protests? Sometimes they work. They have to be synched with the correct time for social change. Freedom comes and goes with great effort, it seems. Although if I look at it, freedom fled easily in this case. Are they being locked in or locked out?

I was such a brat in my younger days that the group was always putting me in central lock-up. I understand.

39. Dear lord. I thought he was a kid. Now he's a good man. A tall one. He was raised right.

We are all much older now. Yet, are still crazy and flush with youth.

DeSantis says Florida will NOT have vaccination passports - get them if you wish to.

Let us hope that Florida is our new bellwether.
Here in CA the push has been draconian.

I pray with all my might that Florida is the bellwether. But I really don't have to. It's so.
Trump is launching his new media platform. Something very interesting is going on in Florida. New coalitions.

In keeping with the Trump change, people are responding to his new more serious statements. Twitter begone. Life goes on to new places.

I once wrote that Trump and the country would mature together with all the combined Cancer planets. It's time. Very good.

It's all aligned. As the cultural decay reveals itself, renewal is in the wings. It's the way life goes.

Can you feel Aries? Jeeze. Just when you need him.

I have high hopes for this month. My drum machines are getting their memory fixed. Very very very important. That's the kind of memory I like!

Anyhoo, the Pluto opposite US Merc portends great things for his media creation. A voice for the people. Fair is fair. What has happened to old media cannot stand.

I used to hear the stars sing when I was young. I mean I could barely function because of hearing such things! I haven’t heard for a long time, but having once heard I remember. Seems like there is little I could do or say that would mean more than to be able to really hear them again.

That is stunning. I hear the hum of the earth most of all.

My Aquarian once got an image of Saturn as a giant phonograph record. He's a musician.

There's an undulation I feel in the earth. I actually saw it once in an earthquake.

M.p.k. you bring up something good. Since you can't readily hear the stars' songs, that leaves it up to the real musicians to bring them home. A semblance of what you heard, of course.

Yes, hummmmm of earth, and its pulse under the sound of grasses and wind, always there like our own heartbeats.

I have wondered about how we interpret sound. Babies who are not exposed while infants to the click sounds in some native languages will never hear it.

Visual perception is 80% imagination, 20% through the eyes. Auditory perception would be more what you musicians have - an internal imaginary sound. But for the rest of us it is vibration through the ears. Still, I wonder, for those of us who “hear” the stars and speak with trees what allows us to hear?

My brother is deaf. Go visit a deaf school and it's one of the noisiest places ever. Dance? You betcha put the music on the floor and the feet “hear” the rhythm.

Complex creatures we be.

Definitely complex.

Musicians hear music in ordinary sounds. Wheels turning, people working .... It might be imaginary or it could be they're more attuned to pitch and things like that. I think everyone hears imaginary sounds. Not that we're all nuts. Not at all. It's in the receptors.

A perfect way to usher in Aries.
The seal. Really. How are they gonna make all their plexiglass bubbles without fossil fuels? Are they not thinking?
