Get Out the Steel Wool!!

The Pied Piper is busy with the rats in the government right now, so we're on our own. Blocking the holes with steel wool was recommended by one of our experts here. I only have experience with mice, so I don't know.
The reason I stayed in Denver when I moved here 30 years ago, is because when a search of the city was conducted, only seven rats were found. That was reason enough for me. If there ever was a survivor in this world, this little creature is it.
It's amusing the way man fiddles with reality as the Chinese Horoscope so beautifully illustrates.
I am a Rat.

In knowing Rats, a person will find they will either love or hate them. Their personality type allows nothing in-between. They tend to be the type of person that never throws anything away, and have a cluttered living space. Being born under the sign of the Rat would mean the person loves a good challenge. They seem to have the persona of always being exciting.
All true. Especially the clutter.

These people are so charming and attractive they are always surrounded by friends and admirers. Known as Perfectionists, they never want to lose face. Rat people have vivid imaginations and are known for creating extraordinarily magic moments in time. Rats enjoy being leaders and pacesetters and usually enjoy extraordinary 'success in life.' [?]

Hearty Bean Soup is one of the keys to good health for a Rat!!.... This one couldn't be more accurate.
At least I'm not a disease carrier, although I've got a little sniffle right now. Fortunately you won't catch it!

Interesting! I was born in the year of the Water Rat, but I am anti-clutter, so the term "packrat" doesn't fit me at all. :o)

Anti-clutter could be an antidote to the tendency, thought.:-)

To hell with steel wool... I, for one, wish Dan Furst would get the lead out. His December Mythic Prelude is 2 weeks overdue.

Rats! Hoooboy a hot topic here abouts.
We have quite a few varieties, several desert rats, and Kangaroo rats. A super abundance of all of 'em this year. Unfortunately a couple of the species are rare they only live here, so the gol darn rodents are protected!

Zammz rat killer supreme retired when the teeth came out this year. At 20 she deserves a rest.

The beasties are cute and clever and i adore them, if they live on someone else's property. When they gnawed through 2x4's to make cozy nests of my outbuildings well...all i can say is i've been scraping ratshit for days and tearing things apart to add metal around the buildings and re-siding.

The Kangaroo Rats are especially destructive, they can and have taken every single branch off my lemon, roses you name it over night. Built nests under the hood of my truck. Left most of the plants strewn across the driveway. (ps they leave a toxin behind which kills the plant)

I'm thinking this is Pluto on the GC??? and here i was expecting some cosmic download - a rare moment of enlightenment or somesuch. It sure ain't pretty!

Jupiter + mars maybe? big active gnawing...

Tseka. This is awful. Unimaginable.

Cosmic download. Who said the cosmos was pretty? Maybe the enlightenment will follow. Hell to heaven. There must be some huge equalizer ahead.

I think there is some involvement with your Mars/Saturn in Libra and the foil to grace and beauty that comes with it.
Rats in the flowers.

My friend just had a huge infestation of moths. Larvae everywhere. She had to throw out much of her wardrobe and have the exterminators in twice. Had to get a new bed. She spent weeks cleaning and going through all her possessions. At first she was devastated, but now she has never been more relieved in her life. Lots of Scorpio and something really got cleaned out.

The Sun being transited rules your 7th and covers most of your 6th house. If this is a prelude to the cosmic moment it might have something to do with your 7th and relationships or something gnawing from the side....at the grace and beauty you are trying to create.

Animals have always spoken to you and guided you properly so I don't know why this wouldn't be happening now. I had one big Plutonian moment like this before the Moon got it, but that was it.

With this major impact on your daily life(6th/Virgo/routine) there would have to be something getting fixed in a big way, and the relief should be coming. Maybe the creative space you need. Maybe there are distractions that need to go. Things interfering. Pluto makes it impossible to sidestep.

I don't think it will take long to get the benefit.

It all brings to mind the struggles we always face, whether city or country residents. the urban jungle versus the pest population of nature. There is absolutely no escape.

We see an idyllic spot, meadows, wildflowers, beautiful skies, streams, old trees and everything. We build our little dream cabin out of the finest wood, and put our easy chair by the window overlooking the pasture and woods, get our dream dog and cat, and THEN..... Reality sets in.

Everything outside is trying to get in and all that is in is trying to get out. It's amazing what comes into a house, from the roof to the foundation. Life is a struggle, without a doubt

Come to think of it...for you astrologers...

The unlucky larva lady has three planets in Scorpio in the 12th. When the Scorpio purge came, that's mostly what she ended up doing...cleaning closets. Cleaned for weeks.
