If anyone needs some sleep, it's you. Things will be tense till after the election, but then there'll be relief.

Thanks for all you are doing for our country Donnie!

I did anything but relax this weekend... a friend needed an emergency place to stay for a week while he figures out what to do. So we moved him and his blessedly few possessions into my house. Then we got the garage partially cleaned out, as well as a section of the basement for the friend to camp out in. And I mowed the lawn, and did some fall garden chores, including a harvest of 6 pie pumpkins that had sprouted near the compost pile, no doubt thanks to the squirrels that keep digging around in there.

And all I intended to do was work on that egg...

The egg.

There are more relaxed times coming.
It was an emergency, this moon. But something got resolved.

BTW, Joe. I think just the image of the egg helped me get through it. I'm glad you posted it.

This was a mighty Full Moon. Saturn is now forming a trine with the Pluto station at 24, which will be exact on election day, and it's happening as fire always does make it all happen. The Aries Moon formed a grand fire trine and something was burned away.

Aries can be the most serious sign by far, cutting all BS, the best at recognizing trouble. Aries to the rescue once again.

JM,

I am fully entrenched now and expect the battle to get hot and heated soon. Come November, we storm the Bastille and then will I get some real sleep.

I know you will Donnie.

I think the hardest part is over, though. It happened in the last weeks. There's no hope for them now. The rest is details.

The real challenge will be the conflicts coming up in Congress next year as their power keeps slipping away. The new leadership has a lot to aspire toward.

I'm glad you dropped by, because as much as I try to ignore the details, I am concerned about my country and its government.

When I saw the transition in you it made me realize that this will all be worth it as I think there are many others who have come to their senses, and realize that a sense of cooperaion and community will serve us better than every man for himself. It has to be moderated, but now I think we will be going into a new political phase, I feel, with improvement. People like you are so valuable because you know both sides.

And I have this gut feeling that we will take both the house and the senate. I look forward to seeing 4+ more decades of them wanting to have that power back again. We can now keep reminding them of why it was so long that they did not have it.

The cancer in me keeps wanting me to crawl back in my shell, but I keep fighting the urge. It's hard not to reach out and use those pinchers sometimes.

I was convinced that when Saturn in Leo(leadership) came into the trine with Pluto, that the new would emerge. Jupiter will be in Sag with this configuration all next year. It's hard to believe that anyone good is "up" there but I think we will be surprised. As the Democrats regain position, probably some of the better qualities will come out after being held down so long.

I'm not a fan of politicians, but I watched the Dems through all of this and I felt they did rather well by not getting sucked completely into the sewer behavior. There was a certain reserve they maintained and I think this will serve them well in the end. People were screaming at them like the gladiators, but they aren't really like that. Not that they're good. Just a little more well mannered.

Ya know, Donnie. I thought they would get the House all along. But now the Senate does look like a poss. In truth, I think it would be better if they retained the Senate by one seat, so we could go on with a balance and possible future of negotiation.

I think they will be out of power for a very long time.

Oh, do I hear ya, man! LOL!!!

I will be back later. Have to get some sleep to go court tomorrow. Those annoying subpeonas!! This is the third one for the same case. Someone better stop this, I am starting to lose my sense of humor over this.

My god.

I'm finally there. Relaxed for the first time in ages and ages. I think it's starting a phase.

I'm ironing and cooking a vegetable soup. The heating pad is up and ready for the spasm in my back, but it looks like I won't be needing it.

Glory be.

Hiya KJ,

I saw you over at JK's blog. Nice to see that they have the blog back up. Let the fun begin. I finally get to take part in Kerry's blog. I am pumped up now!!

JM,

Glad to see that my blogger babe is finally relaxed! Sorry I did not come here lately, but things have been crazy with work and going to court to testify at a trial that just does not seem to go anywhere.

Between that and trying to help out at the Dem Daily and running my own blog, time is short. My blog is starting to grow, so with others contributing there, it gives me a chance to skip a day and let the others post. That tends to free up a lil time.

Greetings, jm! everybody!

I love the pic of the sleeping buddha. However, it comes from a far more older image... the image of the Great Mother Goddess... this one shown at Malta site. The article calls them "fertility" cults, but tho fertility was of great interest, the great underground gymasiums were places for ritual healing, & the emphasis for healing was found in sleep/dreams/meditation & other trance states. http://www.infohub.com/Articles/20010219.html

How I'd love to visit Malta wouldn't you? ;O)

You can take a tour thru the underground chambers on this site. ;O) http://www.maltavista.net/en/list/photo/1502.html
