The Great Gift of Gab

I'm leery of genies, not the nicest guys, but this one came to grant me one wish.
I wish you all the best possible Full Moon in Gemini known to mankind. If you think we're talking too much....well .....the genie is neutral.
It's no secret that Gemini is my favorite sign.

Yakkety-yak!!

Good morning jm! The neat thing about that photo for me is the complete control the small child has as he releases the magical being. It's lovely.

Greetings astrid. What a good point. And the genie....actually genius is the singular....looks fearsome.
I think genies came out of Middle Eastern literature and they were interesting characters. I've always been intrigued by them.
It's amazig how many forms our magical impulse takes.

ha, ha, ha! jm, you & Donnie with your Mars in Libra in aspect to your Mercuries are so darn quick! I tend to think of the great comeback like two days later . . . :-)

I do that too. The quickness has its downside. No rest for the crazy! I wouldn't recommend it. It might ruin your peaceful character.

This is interesting neith. Remember our discussion about Gem and Scorp and honesty? Today Gates finally said that the USA is losing the war. First time from the WH. Exactly with the moon.
I'm glad we are so orchestrated.

Isn't that something?! Of course, they've been pretty much backed into a corner on this . . .

Yeah. The timing was perfect though. I wonder if this appointment at this time is significant. Isn't he a Gemini? Honest talk perchance? Naawwww. That would be 4006 I'm thinking of.

This is interesting. Mars is going into Sag tomorrow just as Venus hits Pluto in Sag. Knowledge just got sexy!

Oh and another Full Moon event. Bush senior, a Gemini, cried today.

I heard that Poppy cried today. I have not had the time to read it yet. Moderating at The Dem Daily and watching my blog. I swear, I think they are trying to break my poor wittle ole blog. The serial killer story hit national headlines and if you google the guy's name, my blog is the first listing. I mean already over twice the highest traffic the blog has ever had! And it is still going! I hope they don't wear the color off it! :)

Someone make it stop!

You mean as a Gem ASC, I'm turning into a yakker or will be subjected to yakking? :o)

BTW, just came in from reading Bill Herbst's December newsletter on Saturn-Uranus-Pluto cycles. Was that ever deep! Not exactly armchair reading...

Something like that! :-) But don't worry the Moon moves into Cancer late this evening, and this should quiet down some . . .

Now I feel like I'm coming down from a adrenaline high. Plus Saturn is going Stationary Rx about now too. That Mars moving into Sag . . . boy that could start it up all over again.

I've been saving that newsletter of Bill Herbst's, so I guess I better get reading!

Blogger jm said...

I wish you would turn into a yakker. Withinn Saturnian reason, of course.

I'm no longer reading Bill Herbst. Too convoluted. Too tormented. Too much future. Too unenjoyable. And probably innacurate. All this yak yak on the cycles doesn't resonate with me.

At first I was impressed as he had a slight optimism compared to the others and I thought he made good sense. I liked his historical references. But now I sense a hysterical reference underneath it all, and I've reached my limit.

I don't need anyone to tell me the future anymore.

God, I hope so. Even the Cancer Blues might be OK. This has been one helluva lunation.

Now I feel like I'm coming down from a adrenaline high.

I think you are. Can you imagine a Mars/Uranus natal square like I've got?

The Saturn retrograde will be felt. Timing. It should slow things down as it gets going in reverse.

The rulership of the USA has been toppled and now we're probably about to go into preparation for the next phase. I find it all very very interesting. I feel slightly more in synch with what's ahead as my Saturn gets pulled into the action, being in leo. but all of our Saturns will feel the effect.

I think I'm ready to get down to business. Sort of.

You wish I would turn into a yakker? Hmm.... if work would slow down enough, I might have the energy!

"Convoluted" is just the word for Herbst lately, I'll grant you that. When he read my chart for me about 3 years ago, back when he lived here in Mpls., he yakked and yakked. And yakked. Swore a lot, too, as I recall.

The Bush tears are significant. He threw up in China and now he's crying in the USA. These people are too out of control to lead us!

I noticed we were both being pretty speedy lately . . . :-) Saturn will slow us down here shortly.

Don't know whether you note when the Moon goes Void-of-Course but we have an exceptionally long one starting tomorrow late afternoon and lasting until very early Friday AM. Just one of those little astro curiosities that attract my Gemini . . . :-)

Yes, I find the process of analysing & observing like this soothing. Pulls in the Mercury without all the emotional stuff . . .

Especially for me with a Mercury in Cancer, one of my most troublesome spots as well as one of the most beautiful and poetic.
But feeling everything can be tiresome.

Oh this I understand with a watery Mercury too. But I suspect it's the Neptune in our charts that pulls into the deep end sometimes.

5/12/06 4:54 PM
Blogger jm said...

They really are ridiculous. Some of these looooooooooong, thick, monologues on the future are something. I really don't think people believe it. Maybe they find it soothing like you said, just to read the words.

I don't. Too much work to plow through.

5/12/06 4:54 PM

Oh man, the Deep End. Neptune for sure. That's why I keep my sails repaired. At least I do that kind of maintenance. The dishes pile up, but my ship is in order.

That's one of the reasons I'm fond of Pat P's writing. She has that nice detached Aquarian perspective leavened with humor. Kad's like that too. Refreshing.

BTW, I think I found the reason for Poppy Bush and his sissy crying! I think maybe he might have been on this flight over there. That would explain it better than just being a goofy old SOB.
