Hello, everybody. JM, I hope there is room for another Aries, Cancer AC. First of all, I want to say that I love your place, you have a gift for making people feel at easy and hopeful, and that is not an easy task nowadays. I am trying to catch up with previous posts, but I have dial up internet, so it is a long journey. Anyway, I am writing from South America, and going trough t Saturn conjunct n Pluto exactly conjunct n North Node (2nd Virgo)opposite n Chiron exactly conjunct n South Node. I would be enchanted if you could clarify a little bit of this for me. Your view of the Nodes is breathtaking! Thank you!

OMG, lightstar! You reminded me. I have 4 nodes to finish and being an Aries rising, finishing is not my area of expertise!

Let me concentrate a moment on your meeting of the forces and I'll get back to give my impressions.

easy and hopeful

I'll start with this. NN in the 2nd, similar to my NN in Taurus.

South America. This planetary teletype never ceases to delight and amaze me.

Lightstar, your question came under the Scorpio full moon and I think it's important enough for a whole article. If you can wait a couple of days I'll post it. I can relate to it and current events are in synch. I'll get it up as soon as I can.

JM, please take your time and do it in your own pace. I have a Cancer Mars (plus Taurus Moon) and sometimes it takes me forever to get where I want to. When I found your place I was so impressed that I went to the first post and started to read everything, and every comment. As I have a very slow and expensive conection, I can only read on weekends, and I have three kids who need to use the computer too. It is being a joyous ride, and I fell like I already know you all. In my turtle's pace (as you say)I am now reading June 2007, but time is relative, isn't it? So, looking forward to talk to you again, kisses from the South.

OMG! OMG! A Moon in Taurus!

The "turtle's pace" is my story exactly. I use that phrase all the time. I often talk about the turtle's success on earth. One of the longest living creatures and they've remained relatively unchanged. I love turtles. Good dispositions.

time is relative, isn't it?

That's been my experience. I purposely do less than most so I have more perceived time.

sometimes it takes me forever to get where I want to.

Another one of my lines. Forever is a good amount of time to have.

So glad you arrived, lightstar!

To me, this place is like a parallel universe. I don't have a microwave oven, a freezer, a cell phone, a CD player, a DVD player, or even a credit card. I can afford those, but I don't need them. I like to keep my life simple. I bought this computer because my kids need it in order to do their homework. I only used it to type my texts, from several notebooks on metaphysics. I swore I would never use the internet. Couldn't see the point. Then I tried once, hated it, gave up. Again, hated, gave up. Then I tried an astrological site. Not so bad. Then I found you. And fell completely in love, with you, the gang, the pictures, the posts. But I must confess, most of all, with Moonbat and Myrtle Rae. I needed so much something Uranian in my life! Something that doesn't follow the rules, that isn't so Saturnine and dull... You have no idea, JM, how much your creativity is needed and apreciated. Thank you!

I can't believe this. Your story is exactly like mine. I have no cell phone, TV, or freezer. I have a microwave I've never used and a dishwasher I've used a couple of times 6 years ago. I acquired a credit card after the age of 50 and I use it only because they pay me to do so. I live simply, below poverty level and I used to want possessions but not so much anymore. I have enough.

I also swore I'd never join the Internet, but it happened.

My fingers are crossed that the country will improve. A creative expansion. An uplift in spirit. I'd like to share that if I could. As much as I defy convention I do love group enthusiasm. And occasional joy.
