An Easy Bridge

This one is especially significant as the trek continues. A complete circle. Like the planets that swing round and around in rhythm giving stability and grace to those of us who follow their motion. And probably the rest, who feel it anyway.
So as Saturn leaves Leo for 29 years, we with our own Saturns there are truly closing the circle. And Pluto is headed out from the center of our galaxy for another 248 years. As far as I can tell, he will return.
As I look around me, I see a frenetic world. Sometimes it seems as though the tension never ceases, but it does. It has to. Every motion involves a tightening followed by a release. A sort of universal peristalsis. A great talent from my point of view is recognizing the easy moments, and giving them some of our own time. Keeping the rhythm.
Shifting in the groove.

OMG. How often does this happen in a family?? Opposite nodes.

All the women have Saturn in Pisces

Very important. This is most of what you need to know along with the nodes. and your fabulous Sagittarius rising. Your Ace.

I proceded to look at my own chart and after discovering that I had a yod, a grand cross (if Pholus counts), a mystical rectangle, a kite, some stelliums and multiple oppositions, I felt like a hundred books fell on my head and it was all too complicated.

You don't need any of this to do great astrology. It's just your Virgo crap trying to pick things apart. Sagittarius doesn't need it. Pisces doesn't need it. It's useful for some things, but I find with astrology, the simpler the better if you want answers. Virgoizing is done for the sensation, but will probably not solve puzzles and help with guidance.

It´s like all my rational thinking is required to go down the drain and I need to function just by my intuition.

You need both, but the intuition needs the most cultivation. Saturn in Pisces.

SN in the 11th. You've had enough of group belonging to last 50 lifetimes. No longer interested. Personal love is the goal. The group! Bleecchhh!!!

NN in the 11th in Leo. I thought that was very interesting, considering his life story and the family issues.

Which are?

You can tell a Virgo type early on. They will take apart all kinds of objects and put them back together. Little mechanics. They don't even have to keep track of the parts, they remember where they go. They love to be involved with the inner mechanical workings. They repair and the machine continues like it was. Analysis and synthesis. very impressive.

The chart is different. There is another part to the machine that can't be analysed this way. Underlying, or larger than life wheels and themes that have to be taken in as one impression. There is a story-myth in every chart that is beyond the details. I see this right away. I never had a need to keep searching for answers. They are right there, up front. In the spaces.

Sometimes, once you bypass this gestalt and go picking, you can never see it quite as well again. It's more than the sum of the mechanical parts. Just like the body, which is why emotional-psychic healing works.

Amazing. The arrogant aristocratic life of the SN in Leo. Perfect. Here are his nodes.

SN in Leo

NN in Aquarius

I think he needs a big dose of my 11 SN and I need some of his 5th NN.

The passing of the baton as I call it.

How can you live not being part of some kind of community?

You will automatically. The thing here is, you don't have to put energy into social services. Too much emphasis will bypass the heroic NN in Leo lover. You can go help the homeless in your limousine. It works just as well.

Here's this before I step out for a minute.

The SN Scorpio and Neptune in the 11th is someone who has dealt with corruption in groups. She's been mislead and deceived by people pretending to do good but manipulating, stealing, etc. behind the scenes. Very much the criminal element. Or deceptions of some kind. She's knows some underlying truth about group behavior which is why she seeks a more personal love this lifetime.

She even could have been murdered by the group in a past lifetime, and metaphorically in this one.

The degradation of Neptune is operative here. the lowest of the low shrouded in sacrifice and fake do-gooding.

If you're around later we can explore this. It's very interesting and can be done.

I'll add to this later, but for now--Saturn in Pisces wants to help humanity but not necessarily through social services. Often people do it because of guilt, and when that karmic Saturn in Pisces thing is dealt with, probably other avenues will open up. There are those who are really destined for social, community work, the SN in not one of them. You'll probably always be involved to some extent, but it's advisable not to overdo it.

LOL it is!

The Scorpio problem will always be there so the periphery of the groups is ideal. The corruption needs to be exposed but not by a SN in Scorpio.

I uncovered some of the corruption. It´s been real draining.

That says it. The drain. A Mercury-Mars in Scorpio in the 11th would be the perfect one for this job.

Most of all we should be walking away from this side of life and thinking about ourselves. The NN in Taurus in the 5th would like to help with the finances and still be free to love life to the fullest.
This is a very very very good nodal placement.

The lure of the South is always there, but if we can get out of it as easily as we get in, that would help.

The "helping humanity" thing is complex.

Hi JM, you wanted to know my birth time & place again a few threads back, so here it is: 4/27/78 09:46 AM EST, Akron, Ohio. Apparently Daylight Savings Time was either not in effect then or came later that year in Ohio from what I have learned.

Maybe it's Mercury Rx, but I thought I just caught a glimpse of your next thread. We must be on the same wavelength because you covered some of the Leo-Sun-Capricorn-Saturn issues that I was thinking of here... I'm watching Saturn inch closer and closer to my natal Saturn at 23 Leo every day for the third and last hit on this go round. You know, I guess I really didn't know what to expect. But it seems that since Saturn went direct, I have experienced a rather surprising degree of clarity, focus and even an increase in confidence. I was actually told by my boss a couple of days ago that I've been sitting in the backround and need to stand out more. She said that she thinks I am capable of a lot more and expects me to be more of a leader than I have been. Talk about timely! I can't help but take that as some sort of sign to "rise and shine!"

I love reading everyone's insightful posts here about the nodes. I've noticed that my sister seems to be doing a bit of her own shining right now with her 9th House NN in Leo near her MC. Saturn crossing that point in her natal chart seemed to mark the beginning of a dramatic turning point in her life. More responsibility, a career change and more recognition. Interestingly enough, and speaking of the Leo-Capricorn inconjunct, she is dating a Sun Leo now. I don't have his birth time yet, but there's a very good chance that they're both natal Capricorn Moons. You wouldn't think so at first glance, but there does actually seem to be some common ground in terms of public recognition and leadership with Leo and Capricorn, even if they come at it from different angles.

How wonderful all that astrology in your comment, neo, and yes, this Leo theme you are discussing is exactly the gist of my next post.

I will return. I have some comments on your last post.

I think there is a major crisis ahead of us - all connected to the collapse of

This is your Saturn in Pisces paranoia. Seldom do these things happen. The major crises are occuring all the time. The healing and repair are also going on concurrently.

The fear of cataclysm is personal projection. I watched a SN in Pisces obsess about the political collapse for the last years until finally the disaster in her life struck. This is what she was sensing all along. Collective cataclysm is a rare rare event and even then, it is selective geographically. Economic collapse is one of the standard ones. It's hackneyed now.

can I say I graduated from this Saturn-Pisces when I no longer feel the pain when I see all the destruction? I wonder if that is the sign.

That would be a sign. The way out of this paranoia and pain is the Sagittarius rising and all the 9th house planets. This is the understanding of the reasons for the destruction and pain. They are necessary. The philosophical detached perspective also lets you see that not everyone is implicated. If you create good karnma as you go, you will be protected. It's simple law of physics. Equal and opposite. Cause and effect. We all have to breathe in this living organism of positive and negative and know where we stand.

Saturn can help once this is tackled. Pisces is an amorphous entity that can swallow things in its depth and magnitude. Saturn can control this and ultimately use the wisdom and feeling of Pisces for transcendance, not drowning in the tragedy of it all. Yes, it's tragic. But we are on the earth (Saturn) and meant to avoid sinking. Saturn in Pisces can then use the knowledge of despair and futility as the perfect balance to the Sagittarian hope. The Sagittarius is the main part of your personality. The point of resolution of the Pisces-Virgo opposition.
